Efficiency Construction was started 20 years ago by Jeff Mobley, the current president. A family owned and operated small business with experience in construction and solar energy. Our primary objective is our customer's satisfaction.
Mobley is a certified machinist and also took computer engineering at Cape Fear Community College in Wilmington as well as courses in Photovoltaics at NC State.
